Enquiry:

• Kindly provide your wedding date, location and time to be ready.

 

Confirmation:

• State the selected makeup artist's name and the package which you would like to book.

• Transfer a deposit (50% of the package fees) to our DBS Saving account 002-9-065033. Paynow or paylah available too.

• Once the bank transfer is done, take a screenshot of the transaction and send image via whatsapp +65 90700362.

• Please allow 3 to 5 days for acknowledge receipt. A whatsapp confirmation will be sent out once the payment has been checked and  the deposit has been received.

 

Booking for a trial

• Booking for a trial makeup is only applicable to Lead makeup artist or Senior makeup artists.

• You may arrange for a trial once you have selected your wedding gowns.

 

During the trial

• Trial makeup will be done at respective artist home studio.

• You can come without makeup and keep your hair dry.

• You may show us photos of your wedding gowns and your favorite makeup and hairstyles.

• The duration of the trial will be approximately 2 to 3 hours.

• Lastly, take photos of the looks we have created for you during the trial sessions.

 

On the actual day

• Keep your hair dry and do not wash hair for both morning and evening sessions.

• The duration of makeup and hairstyling will be approximately 2 hours.

 

Final payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer prior to your wedding day.

 

After the wedding day

• All accessories have to be returned personally or by courier. Deposit for accessories will be fully refunded when accessories are received in good condition.
